Journey of Design LLC provides design, branding, communication integration, and AI tools services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the project
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract
• Obtain any necessary permissions or licenses for materials provided to us for use in your project

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your contract. We retain ownership of all preliminary designs and concepts not selected for final use. We reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in your project proposal or contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion or as outlined in the payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Journey of Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to such claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
